Make your Christmas party one to remember with this warming winter cocktail

    Ingredients
  • 15ml Belvoir Apple & Ginger Cordial
  • 3 lemon wedges
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 thin slices root ginger
  • 35ml whisky
    Method
  • Add the cordial, the juice from the 3 lemon wedges and one whole wedge, cinnamon stick, root ginger and whisky to a large cup or glass with a handle. Mix in 150ml boiling water, and stir well. Add more cordial or lemon juice to taste and serve.
