Padron Peppers

A fantastic side dish for your alfresco feast

  • 1 tbsp rapeseed or olive oil
  • 150g pack padron peppers
  • Sea salt
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a heavy-based frying pan until hot.
  • Throw in the peppers and leave them to cook until the skins start to blister.
  • Toss once or twice and cook for a couple more minutes. Drizzle with a little oil, sprinkle with sea salt, and enjoy with summer drinks.
