Raspberry Sweet & Sour Cocktail


Embrace the flavour of summer with this extra special (and very easy to make!) seasonal cocktail

  • 3 basil leaves
  • 1 egg cup lemon juice
  • 1 heaped tbsp runny honey
  • 1 shot of gin
  • Raspberry Lemonade, such as Belvoir, to top up
  • Build the ingredients (apart from the lemonade) in a tall glass and mix until the honey is dissolved. Fill with ice and top up with the lemonade.
  • Garnish with a sprig of basil and fresh raspberries frozen in ice-cubes, if desired.
